DESCRIPTION:ALOITA TAEKWONDO \n\nMeillä voi aloittaa taekwondoharrastuksen
  milloin vain\, tervetuloa mukaan!\nTaekwondo sopii kaikenikäisille ja me
 illä on ryhmiä 5-vuotiaista alkaen ja yhteisiä ryhmiä perheille\, miss
 ä vanhemmat voivat harrastaa yhdessä lastensa kanssa. Lajin aloittaminen
  ei vaadi aiempaa kokemusta tai erityistä liikuntataustaa ja kuntoa. Niin
  kunto kuin lajitaidot kehittyvät kyllä harrastuksen myötä. Toimintamm
 e on tunnettua kannustavasta ja positiivisesta ilmapiiristä! Harjoituksia
  on Helsingin keskustassa ja Pakilassa. \nTaekwondo aloitetaan Taso 1 -ryh
 missä.\nHarjoitusajat löytyvät harjoituskalenterista. Uutena harrastaja
  valitse iällesi sopiva Taso 1 -ryhmä/ryhmät. Lisätietoa ryhmistämme 
 löydät täältä. Mikäli olet jo aiemmin harrastanut taekwondoa ja sinu
 lla on 7.kup tai sitä ylempi vyöarvo\, voit tulla Taso 2 tai Taso 3 -ryh
 miin vyöarvosi mukaisesti.\nIlmoittautumisen jälkeen voit tulla valitsem
 iisi harjoituksiin\, joiden ajankohdat ja paikat löytyvät harjoituskalen
 terista.\nIlmoittautumislomakkeessa valitaan itse\, harrastaako kerran vai
 n useamman kerran viikossa. Valintaa voi muuttaa myöhemmin. Lisätietoja 
 maksuista ja maksukäytännöistä löydät täältä. \nEnsimmäinen lask
 u saapuu noin kuukauden sisällä. Mikäli olet vielä epävarma siitä\, 
 haluatko aloittaa harrastuksen\, voit tulla ensin kokeilemaan maksutta har
 joituksia\, lue tällöin ohjeet kokeilukerralle ja ilmoittautumisen peruu

 EKWONDO \n\nYou can start practicing taekwondo with us at any time – eve
 ryone is welcome!\nTaekwondo is suitable for all ages\, with groups starti
 ng from age 5 and family groups where parents can train together with thei
 r children. No prior experience or special fitness background is needed to
  begin. Your fitness level and skills will develop as you practice. We are
  known for our encouraging and positive atmosphere! Classes are held in He
 lsinki city center and in Pakila.\nBeginners start in Level 1 groups.\nTra
 ining schedules can be found in the training calendar. As a new participan
 t\, choose the Level 1 group(s) that match your age. More information abou
 t our groups is available here. If you have prior experience in taekwondo 
 and hold a 7th kup or higher belt rank\, you can join Level 2 or Level 3 g
 roups according to your belt rank.\nAfter registration\, you can attend th
 e sessions you selected\; times and locations are listed in the training c
 alendar.\nOn the registration form\, you can select whether you’d like t
 o train once or multiple times per week\, and this choice can be changed l
 ater. Additional information about fees and payment options is available h
 ere. In addition to taekwondo\, we also offer fitness boxing sessions\, wh
 ich you can attend as part of the same monthly fee if training multiple ti
 mes per week.\nThe first invoice will arrive about a month after starting.
